  • Standard delivery: 0–7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Larger items, such as beds and mattresses, are carefully handled to ensure safe delivery within this timeframe.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within  12 hours of confirmation.
  • Once processed, your order will be scheduled for delivery by our dedicated delivery team.

4. Delivery Charges

  • We offer free delivery for all orders across the UAE.
  • There are no hidden fees or extra charges for any emirate.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
  • Payment is collected by our delivery team upon successful delivery of your order.

6. Delivery Team & Handling

  • All deliveries are managed by our own trained delivery team.
  • We ensure careful handling of all items, especially large or fragile products like beds and mattresses.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email.
